Keep medication and supplement records in one daily flow.

A list of items, a reminder and a record of what you entered serve different purposes. VitaFlow brings them together: organize medications, vitamins and supplements as routine items, arrange your own schedule and review your records later. The app follows information you enter; it does not decide what to take, when to take it or whether it is appropriate for you.

Start with clear, reusable items

Create an item manually with the details and notes you want to keep. Use names you can distinguish in the daily view, especially when several entries look similar. Item organization keeps the record separate from the act of recording a daily state, so you can review what an entry refers to before updating it.

Arrange your schedule and reminders

Place recurring items into time slots and add reminders, including custom reminder times. Review the item and its configured time together so the reminder matches the plan you entered. A reminder is an organizational cue, not a dosage recommendation or evidence that an action happened. VitaFlow is currently available on Android.

Record the state, then review the entry

Today's Flow shows planned items and offers quick swipe actions for daily updates. Taken, Skipped and Missed records distinguish different states in your history. Use the state that describes your record and review what was logged. The history reflects app records; it is not independent confirmation of medication use or a clinical assessment.

Review a period and create a PDF report

Choose a date range to narrow the history, then check the relevant entries and their states. Create a shareable PDF usage history report from the recorded information. Check the selected period and contents before sharing: the report may contain personal details. A PDF summarizes records; it does not evaluate effectiveness, interactions or health outcomes.

Review photo suggestions before saving

Photo-based creation can extract text into suggested item details. Review and adjust those suggestions before choosing what to save. Treat them as editable input, not verified product identification or medical information. Manual entry remains an option when you prefer to type the details yourself.

A simple first setup

  1. Create one clearly named item using your own details, then review it before adding more.
  2. Check that the planned time and reminder match the schedule you intended to enter.
  3. After recording a state, find the entry in history and check how it appears in a selected period.
