A daily routine checklist you can make your own.

A useful routine list makes the next action clear without filling every hour. Start with a few repeatable activities that already matter to your day, give each one a realistic place and leave room for changes. Use the examples below as prompts, then copy only the items that fit. The goal is a readable plan and an honest record, not a perfect streak.

Choose small, observable actions

Replace a broad label such as “be organized” with an action such as “review tomorrow's appointments.” If a task contains several unrelated steps, separate them or keep only the next step. Use morning, daytime and evening as flexible groups rather than fixed promises. These examples are optional everyday activities, not a prescribed schedule.

Example checklist: morning, day and evening

Morning: get oriented

  • Look at today's calendar and note any fixed appointments before adding optional tasks.
  • Choose one practical priority and write the next action in a few words.
  • Prepare the bag, documents or materials needed for the first planned activity.

Daytime: keep the list current

  • Check the next planned item at a convenient transition, such as finishing a work block.
  • Record completed or skipped items so an old plan is not mistaken for what happened.
  • Note an unplanned activity separately instead of quietly rewriting the original list.

Evening: close and prepare

  • Review unfinished items and decide which still matter; do not carry everything forward automatically.
  • Put tomorrow's essential items in one place and check the first appointment or commitment.
  • Write one brief note about what made the routine easier or harder to follow.

Your blank daily checklist

Copy this sheet onto paper or use your browser's Print command to print only the blank checklist. Write one clear action per row and use the last column for a check mark, skipped state or short note. The sheet is a reusable writing template; it does not save entries or import into VitaFlow.

A short review is enough

  1. Compare the plan with the record. Which items were done, skipped or left unresolved? A blank row means information is missing, not necessarily that nothing happened.
  2. Look for friction before adding more tasks. An unclear action, an inconvenient time or an overfull list may be a reason to simplify the next plan.
  3. Make one deliberate adjustment and keep the rest readable. You can repeat this review after a day or after several days; the record is there to help you notice patterns.

Add selected items to VitaFlow manually

Choose the recurring activities you want to track, then create them as items in VitaFlow. Arrange their time slots and add reminders where useful. Use Today's Flow to record daily actions and history to review your entries. This page is a planning aid, not an importable template: moving your choices into the app is a manual step. VitaFlow is currently available on Android.
